2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowships Awardees

We are delighted to present the 8 trainees from Argentina, Mexico, and Uruguay who have been selected for the inaugural IUBMB–¹û¶³´«Ã½â€“PABMB PROBio-LatAm Fellowship. These awards will allow them to spend up to 6 months in a European lab to advance their research projects.

Here are the 2025 fellowship awardees:

  • Héctor Luis Blanco – from the National University of Tucumán, Argentina, awarded a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
  • Camilla Lucía Colantuono Seguí – from the University of the Republic, Uruguay, recipient of a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
  • Chiara Coronel Cappellari – from the University of Concepción del Uruguay / IBR-CONICET, Argentina, recipient of a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
  • María Sofía Deschutter – from the National University of Rosario, Argentina, awarded a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
  • Rosa Lillian Díaz-Chávez – from IPICYT, Mexico, awarded a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
  • Alexis Fernando Pecci Genaro – from the University of Córdoba, Argentina, recipient of a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
  • Malena Tejerina Cibello – from the University of San Martín, Argentina, awarded a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
  • Sabrina Aldana Vallone – from the Institute of Physiology, Molecular Biology and Neurosciences, Argentina, recipient of a 2025 PROBio-LatAm Fellowship.
