Irene Díaz-Moreno elected to the EMBO Membership

¹û¶³´«Ã½ congratulates Professor Irene Díaz-Moreno on her election to the EMBO Membership, recognising her outstanding contributions to the life sciences. Professor Díaz-Moreno serves on the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Executive Committee and chairs the ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Excellence Awards and Fellowships Committee.

Applications now open for the 2026 ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Excellence Awards

The ¹û¶³´«Ã½ Excellence Awards are designed to support innovative research projects in the molecular life sciences and to help outstanding researchers establish and strengthen their independent research programmes. The scheme provides €100,000 over three years to support outstanding early-career group leaders in the molecular life sciences. Eligible researchers can apply until 15 August 2026.
